IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?

Before a customer checks out of the trailer, we require them to do a basic clean up. Sweep out the trailer, wash any dishes that were used, wipe down the counter tops and throw away trash. If these requirements are not met, the customers credit card on file will be charged a cleaning fee.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?

We always recommend booking out at least 90 days prior to any vacation. Most RV parks only allow to book a spot no earlier than 90 days out. Booking in advance is always recommended.

WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP/ DELIVERY TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?

Pick-up / delivery occurs between 1pm-4pm and is dependent upon our delivery schedule for that day. Our delivery team will text you the night of your arrival date with your 1-hour delivery window. Check out is 10am for any campground and 12pm for open desert camping in Ocotillo Wells and Glamis. These times will be listed in your contract when booking as well as your welcome packet and are not negotiable.

IS THERE A MINIMUM # OF NIGHTS?

We have a 2 night minimum stay during off peak times and a 3-4 night minimum during peak times including major holiday weekends/weekdays and special events, which includes but is not limited to: New Years, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes, we do have a $500 to $1000 security deposit that is refundable as long as no damage has occurred to the vehicle.
